Jonathan is the managing attorney with Oath in our Chesapeake office. He works diligently to provide his clients with a sense of calm, stability, and peace of mind during the estate planning process.
Jonathan grew up in a military family and lived in Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia, before moving and spending the majority of his time in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. He attended Covenant College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, with a minor in German. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Regent University School of Law, where, among other things, he earned the book award in Estate Planning - presented to the student receiving the highest grade in the class. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, and is licensed to practice law throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to joining Oath, Jonathan practiced at a few local and national firms, including an Am Law 100 firm, where he practiced estate planning, estate litigation, commercial litigation, and transactional business law. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys reading, weightlifting, relaxing on the Chesapeake Bay, and spending time with his wife and two Siberian cats - Misha and Luka.
